1. Do not open new credit (includes credit cards, cars, cosigning)
2. Do not change jobs
3. Do not go crazy running your credit
4. Do not make large deposits without talking to us first
5. Do not change bank accounts

I think of my client’s real estate transaction like a puzzle. There’s so many little pieces that all have to come together to create one big, amazing picture. If one piece is missing, then the final vision is lacking {in the real estate world that means you can loose the home you love or put the sale of your home at risk}.

That’s why it’s so important to have a real estate professional who knows what they’re doing and who cares enough to make all those little parts of your transaction work together in your favor. You need one who does this all day, not a jack of all trades! Trust the process and the professional.

We are locking in a couple of projects this first quarter and you will see some updates on our investor side as we move along. I love managing projects and I look forward to the end product when we make a not so beautiful home into an amazing remodeled beauty!

Did I tell you our first home we bought as an investment we thought it was a simple remodel and turned out to be a tear down and we built it from the bottom up…oh and I learned to work with my bro! It was a fun little project, and you bet I learned so much.

THE POSITIVE SIDE OF 2017

This year, instead of setting one resolution, I wanted to do something different. Rather than limiting myself to just one goal, I wanted to find more of an overall balance both professionally and personally. So far it’s been going great! I’m doing my best to focus on my family, my friends, and also growing in business.

Even though we’re in the third week of January, I’ve already been making progress in areas that were once just an idea, so I want to give them a special spotlight today, and I encourage you to do the same! I think it helps to write down our accomplishments so we don’t forget, and we can look back on the strides we made. So, whether that’s setting aside 10 minutes to journal or just spending some time reflecting on some areas that you’ve been excelling in, it’s important to focus on the positives in life, rather than counting all the ways we haven’t been adding up.

Family

I’ve been spending more time with family. I have five little ones who light up my life, and it’s so important that I focus on being PRESENT in the moment with them. I always want them to feel like they come first, and I do my best to set aside work when I’m with my family. I’m so thankful I have an incredible husband who supports our family and loves spending time as well. Makes it that much more enjoyable!

Working Out

My motivation to work out isn’t always there, but I’m doing better at being diligent and being more consistent with my workout routine. I don’t want perfection, but I find that having diligence with fitness carries over to other areas of life, like business. So this is definitely a win win!

This year I wanted to focus on putting my brand together and building my website content so it’s more of a reflection of who I am and what I stand for ~ and I’m so excited to announce that:

I’ve already had my pretty new logo designed, and check out my web page featuring some raving reviews from some of my most wonderful clients!
