Summer Days

Blog - Summer decor for your home (1) (1) (3).png

Now that summer is here, it is the perfect time to leave the spring décor behind. Here are 3 affordable and fun choices for your summer decorating:

1. Bring In The Plants – The summer is the best time of year to combine your indoor and outdoor living spaces. Open your doors and windows, it can bring a bit of what’s outside inside. Live plants can spice up your indoor spaces.

2. Natural Lightings – Remove the heavy drapes or blinds that cover your windows. Let your windows stand open and alone, this way you get more natural light throughout the day.

3. Think Neutral – Lighter colors are better for summer, since they convey a cool, relaxing mood. You can also tie in your accessories to your wall colors, like with pillows, picture frames, art and so much more.

If you’re in the mood for some summer decorating
give these three simple tips a try.

Seeking a Dream Home? What NOT to do

Thinking of buying anytime soon? Wonderful! But before you enter the real estate market, here are a few pointers to make sure your transaction goes smoothly.

Top 7 Don’ts Before Entering Real Estate Market

Screen Shot 2017-03-02 at 11.26.00 AM.png
1. Do not open new credit (includes credit cards, cars, cosigning)
2. Do not change jobs
3. Do not go crazy running your credit
4. Do not make large deposits without talking to us first
5. Do not change bank accounts
6. Do not make any amendments in your tax returns
7. Do not go by what others tell you to do

All of the above are important, but lets elaborate on #7 ~

I always say each transaction is like a child ~ I have experience, believe me! I have 5 kiddos myself. Each of them have a different personality, attitude, different needs, different goals ~ you get the picture. And similarly, the financial situation when purchasing a home is different for each client, so please do not take advice from just anyone.

That’s why we are here! Our job is to break down and handle the entire transaction, and lead you in the right direction to help you understand what is best for your scenario. Your financial picture is not going to be anyone else’s, so believe me when we tell you the advice we give you is going to be very different from anyone else.

  • The decrease in properties for sale (it’s a sellers market!)

Monthly Supply of Inventory

As a real estate agent, reading the latest market report is like ordering my Starbucks in the morning – it’s super easy, like second nature. But I realize that some of the legal jargon may not make sense to everyone. Which it shouldn’t. You’re not the expert ~ but you should have someone in corner who is.

So what does the “Monthly Supply of Inventory” mean?

Put simply, sellers are getting TOP Dollar for their properties. In today’s market, there’s a low supply and a high demand.

If you’re in the market to sell your home, please consider calling our team today. Not sure if we’d be a good fit ~ read more about us here.

Who You Work with Matters

I think of my client’s real estate transaction like a puzzle. There’s so many little pieces that all have to come together to create one big, amazing picture. If one piece is missing, then the final vision is lacking {in the real estate world that means you can loose the home you love or put the sale of your home at risk}.

That’s why it’s so important to have a real estate professional who knows what they’re doing and who cares enough to make all those little parts of your transaction work together in your favor. You need one who does this all day, not a jack of all trades! Trust the process and the professional.

Also, another important thing to note:

HOW you put together the puzzle matters.

Think about it ~ if you rush through piecing together your puzzle, you may be trying to force pieces together that look like they fit, but upon a closer look, are just a bit off. Hurrying through the process can result in mistakes and actually prolong the final result or your hard earned money at risk.

That’s why I like to make sure I focus my full attention on my clients when I meet with them. I pay attention to details and exhaust all our resources to provide education and empower each client to make their own Real Estate decision.   Don’t get me wrong, there’s always the potential to get snagged along the way, but it’s my passion to find the best solution for my clients and ensure it’s in their best interest. After all it wouldn’t be any fun if the puzzle was too easy right?

We Work Tirelessly to Close our Client’s Real Estate Transaction Successfully

Our Real Estate partners are key to our transaction. We align ourselves with professionals that know their field to provide the best experience for our clients. And we get it – a Real Estate Transaction will probably be one of the most stressful times in your life – which is why we love to take the stress off your shoulders and handle it all. We are all busy! Focus  and what you love and what you are good at and let us handle what we love to do.

Experience, trust and professional resources make a difference.

We guide you and educate you to make the best decision – every piece is different in the puzzle it is our job to judge it and provide a solution to put it together and make a successful closing. Not one single transaction is the same, all have different needs and that is why one can’t go based on wha our friends tell us to do.

Now to the Fun Stuff!

Still busy with life, but loving it! It is so much fun to have a goal in mind and work everyday towards it…did I tell you one is to help 50 families this year….yikes! Game changer for sure. We are locking in a couple of projects this first quarter and you will see some updates on our investor side as we move along. I love managing projects and I look forward to the end product when we make a not so beautiful home into an amazing remodeled beauty!

Did I tell you our first home we bought as an investment we thought it was a simple remodel and turned out to be a tear down and we built it from the bottom up…oh and I learned to work with my bro! It was a fun little project, and you bet I learned so much.

If you’re in the market to buy/sell, I would love the opportunity to chat with you about your needs and learn how I can help!

Call me today: 1 (310) 963 3782

This year, instead of setting one resolution, I wanted to do something different. Rather than limiting myself to just one goal, I wanted to find more of an overall balance both professionally and personally. So far it’s been going great! I’m doing my best to focus on my family, my friends, and also growing in business.

Even though we’re in the third week of January, I’ve already been making progress in areas that were once just an idea, so I want to give them a special spotlight today, and I encourage you to do the same! I think it helps to write down our accomplishments so we don’t forget, and we can look back on the strides we made. So, whether that’s setting aside 10 minutes to journal or just spending some time reflecting on some areas that you’ve been excelling in, it’s important to focus on the positives in life, rather than counting all the ways we haven’t been adding up.

Follow along with me today as I share some of the things I’m happy about in 2017, and don’t forget to comment below to share what you’ve been seeing progress in!

I’ve been spending more time with family. I have five little ones who light up my life, and it’s so important that I focus on being PRESENT in the moment with them. I always want them to feel like they come first, and I do my best to set aside work when I’m with my family. I’m so thankful I have an incredible husband who supports our family and loves spending time as well. Makes it that much more enjoyable!

Working Out

My motivation to work out isn’t always there, but I’m doing better at being diligent and being more consistent with my workout routine. I don’t want perfection, but I find that having diligence with fitness carries over to other areas of life, like business. So this is definitely a win win!

This year I wanted to focus on putting my brand together and building my website content so it’s more of a reflection of who I am and what I stand for ~ and I’m so excited to announce that:

I’ve already had my pretty new logo designed, and check out my web page featuring some raving reviews from some of my most wonderful clients!

There’s more to come – I’m just getting started! But I just wanted to share all the positives I’ve experienced so far in 2017. What are some areas where you’ve been experiencing growth? Comment below!
